Coefficient of Thermal Conductivity

Compared to all other insulation materials, polyurethane foam offers the lowest Thermal Conductivity Coefficient (λ-0,028 W/m.K), drastically reducing a building’s overall energy consumption.

The Coefficient of Thermal Conductivity (λ) is a measure of heat transfer; the quantity of heat that passes in unit time through a unit area of a plate of 1m thickness when its opposite faces differ in temperature by 1° Kelvin, which is referred to as (W/mK).
